What Does This Button Do?

This is the remote control for the air conditioner in a cabin on a cruise junk at Vietnam’s beautiful Halong Bay. Please to take notice of the only English word to appear on this unit.
It explains a lot.

jmf: This kinda transcends Engrish. I mean, what is it even supposed to mean? Why is it the only instruction in English. And much more worryingly, if that is the ‘chaos’ button, what does the red button do?
