If they had enough pebblecrete leftover from doing the fence and yard to do the letterbox what else have they pebblecreted inside the house?

That looks more like birdseed than pebbles.
Poor birds might get a bit of a shock.
They used what was left to pebblecrete the fish. They make for good conversation pieces. Gives new meaning to ‘rockfish’.
