Awwww, pretty snowflakes.
Ha. I loathe religious fiction. Especially apocalyptic religious fiction. Mostly because it reinforces the incredibly unlikely event that there is a God who agrees with you enough to bail you out of your own stupid behavior.
I think rapture doctrine is the exact opposite of ecology, really. Instead of assuring your great grandchildren have a suitable home, you shit all over the floor and wait for God to come get you.
God, I could go on for hours about that stuff.
Hey would that include the Gospels?
Tautology is one of those words that I always have to look up to remind myself of the definition. It’s not that I don’t know it. I just continually forget it.
However, I think this visual will solve that problem forever.
That’s where they put all the “Creation Science” books, right?
Cissy Strutt: I thought so. Only certain special people can see them, you know.
Casey: Yep. The direct consequence of having a God that is omnipotent is absolution of all responsibility. And they worry that the world would turn to anarchy if it was run by atheists!
Malach: I think it includes pretty much any hard-to-believe stories that defy rational thinking.
Phoebe Fay: The Cow is glad to be of service.
Colonel: See my reply to Malach, above. The phrase ‘Creation Science’ however, is strictly speaking an oxymoron. With the emphasis on moron.
