Sincerely Insincere

Well, I know I said I’d bring you video pix of the launch party, but, well, to tell the truth the video stuff was just a bit dull. Lots of people milling about yakking and looking at the work – you know the kind of thing.
So here’s a still of the exterior of the gallery toward the later part of the night with the true stalwarts (or the freeloaders if you prefer) waiting to be booted out.
Still, fun was had, and the show has been extended for a further two weeks until November 27. If you’re in the vicinity, drop on by!
Nice to see the pumpkins, the lighting of which I supervised (“why don’t you poke the taper through the face?”), glowing with good, er, sinister cheer. Congrats Rev, a great show. from a Sincere Freeloader.
I thought I had a good idea what they’d look like full size; I was mistaken. This still pic gives a much-needed (by me anyway) sense of scale and I gotta say, they look fantastic. Congratulations on the show and the extension. :)
Yep. spam Jam’s right! Me too…
I also like that they’ve been hung unframed…
Congrats Rev – hope it’s a sellout!
Nice dressed freeloaders you got there.
Personally I’m certain that particular angle was chosen because some of the freeloaders were headless (it was Halloween after all, and it was *your* show Rev). Still, it looks tantalisingly good. It’s quite likely that “tantalisingly” is not a real word either.
Thanks for the pic :) I’m still fretting that I can’t see it myself.
Congrats! Extensions are always (mostly) a good thing ;-)
I’m with Bean, wish I could see it for myself… but at least others get to do it…
