I think the people who take the turn go through the ‘universal gate’ and thus cease to exist in this brane. Thus it may be a popular turn but we’ll never know will we?

That’s just M(y) Theory anyway!

However if it’s a colony of Vulcans then I need to go meld with them, my Pon’Far is coming up and I’m not sure my human wife will cope…

We need several of those here in the States, although they would have to make the exit even more obvious. Something on the order of a mandatory exit.

Off- topic, but I hope you and yours are safe from the fires. My geographical knowledge of Australia is moderate at best, but chances are you at least know someone in the affected areas.

RebTurtle: Well, if it’s any consolation, the Logic Centre exit is not a well-travelled road in these parts either.

As far as the bushfires are concerned, your knowledge is certainly good enough. The worst fires are not more than 20 miles from here and it’s pretty damn grim. We do know people who’ve lost homes, and others who are still in the path of the continuing fires. There’s no rain in sight, but at least the 45C deg + (110F) temps of last week have fallen off to cooler days these last few. Thanks for your thoughts.
