Cow Moosings

I thought it might be time to look once again at the kinds of searches that bring people to The Cow. I am relieved to see that there is something of a de-emphasis of the ‘gay penis’ searches, and interested to observe that ‘famous mirrors’ is still in the top ten, along with ‘shoo tag scam’. We’re also seeing some visits by people skeptical of the ridiculous ‘Trinfinity 8’ (hi there!), which is encouraging, and quite a few who have not bookmarked The Cow and need to keep looking it up on Google. Silly people. You should not only have it bookmarked, it should be on a key macro.
I hope you’re all having a nice day.
I am trying to imagine under what circumstances I would type “I’m a robot prostitute from the future” into a search.
Nup, none.
This reason, probably:

How could I have forgotten that! Bernard, Manny and Fran – the Holy Trinity.
Don’t make me laugh… bitterly. Fran will fail, you will toil your life away and I will die alone upside down on the floor of a pub toilet.
All I know about my job is that there are biscuits in the stationery cupboard!
I ate your bees!
Now I’ll be getting legions of Black Books fans on every search…
You say that as though it were a bad thing.
I’m pleased to see that “Other” is still your most popular topic. I’ve always thought it was your strong suit.
Also Bebop Deluxe fans may be interfering with your Desire Dubounet stats…
The King
I feel I am a master of ‘Other’. It’s obviously one of the biggest draw cards of The Cow.
As for Bebop Deluxe fans, well, they’re going to be disppointed that it’s not the same William Nelson.
Key macros are for the weak. I have it on my daily cron splurge thingus.
I feel somewhat honoured.
You do realize that by using the terms ‘gay penis’ and ‘famous mirrors’ in this post, you increase the likelihood that searches for those terms will lead to hits on your site, right?
FYI: The all time #1 search term leading to my site (more than double any other term) is “viral propagated eclampsia”
The most odd is
“united states has a criminal suspect to mental tests, he saw pictures of high-speed rotating, and most of the children see this picture is static. you should have a rest”
With 4 hits. ???
From following search terms to your blog, I have now learned about Fringe. Thanks. I am truly not surprised, therefore, at either of the above phrases leading people there.
My favourite Cow weird search term remains ‘girl sucks cow singsong’. And now that I’ve typed that phrase, it, too, will have a self-referential effect.
girl sucks cow singsong ? i doubt that was from NZ, as it wasnt a search for sheep’s singsong.
as for ‘I’m a robot prostitute from the future’, i cant see the utube version at work, but i have memories of a movie, set in the future, where a bloke was searching for a robot prostitute. That class of robots were discontinued, but it didnt stop him looking. I believe he found the female robot in the end. And I believe the activated robot wasnt as good as he believed it was.
You need to look it up when you get home. Nothing like you imagine :)
